Rafael Alvarez brings a deep commitment to youth development and community wellness to the Culver City Parks Foundation board. As Fractional CFO and Board Member for the Culver City Football Club, Rafael plays an active role in expanding athletic access for local families, managing financial strategy and aid programs that allow youth of all backgrounds to participate in structured sports. In addition to his advocacy for local sports, Rafael brings over 30 years of finance and banking experience to the board as owner of RAM Business Consulting, a licensed commercial loan broker, and board member of the Culver City Chamber of Commerce. His background includes nearly a decade as AVP and Business Relationship Manager II at JPMorgan Chase, along with dual degrees in Accounting and Finance from the Universidad de Guadalajara. Rafael is dedicated to using his fiscal expertise to champion accessible recreational programs, strengthen local partnerships, and enhance Culver City's parks for future generations.
